Gelato

I got a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker for my birthday. So I'm messing around with it a tad.

First try was for Chocolate Italian Ices. I found a recipe on line. It stank.

Second try, and this time only 1/2 the recipe was for a Coffee Gelato. It's a winner.

If anyone has a good recipe for Italian Ices, that is my ultimate goal. Meanwhile, gelato and soft ice cream, here I go!
